What is coming, and in what order
The migration inventory is in the repo and is generated from the live vse.fi corpus rather than written by hand. It found 550 posts carrying 20,351 Google clicks over sixteen months: 173 that translate more or less as they stand, 343 whose facts are time-sensitive and need rewriting against a current source, 25 that are Russia-facing and are dropped, and 9 that need a person to decide.
It also found something that changes the plan. vse.fi was written for readers who drove across the south-eastern border, so the corpus is dense on Lappeenranta, Imatra, Kotka, Kouvola and Hamina — towns no English-language Finland blog covers at all — and thin on Lapland, which is the region this site's live layer is built around. There are 42 Lapland posts against 132 about Helsinki. The Lapland guides have to be written rather than migrated.
